What Is 716 Spotlight?
The Postcard
A giant 12" x 9" full-color postcard lands in thousands of homes in the 716 every single month. No algorithms. No feeds. No skipping the ad. It lands on the kitchen counter or fridge and stays there.
The co-op model means 10 to 14 local businesses share one card and split the cost of reaching the whole community together. Nobody's buying a full solo mailer. Everybody's getting the full audience. That works out to as little as 5 cents per address.
No long-term commitment, just month to month. The only thing worth knowing: each business category gets one spot on the card. Hold it or lose it to a competitor.
The Stories
716 Spotlight tells the stories behind the businesses and families of Western New York. Every business in the community has a story worth telling, and we find it, write it, and publish it at 716Spotlight.com.
Every advertiser on this card gets more than a logo and a phone number. You get a featured story spotlight on your community's postcard page, linked directly to a QR code on the mailer. Your neighbors scan that code and land on you.
It's not an ad. It's your story. There's a difference.
The Community
Western New York is full of stories that make Western New York what it is. The heroism of Grand Island's own Charles DeGlopper. The Caputi family building a legacy across three generations and nearly 80 years on Sheridan Drive. And Adam El Houssieny, who opened Adam's Detailing and Coatings on Grand Island Blvd in 2020 and spent five years earning it, one five-star review at a time.
That's what makes this different from regular advertising. Direct mail, web, and social media working together, month after month, until your name is the one your neighbors think of first.
When someone in your neighborhood needs what you offer, they should already know your name. That's what we're building.
